REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/20/2026-12/22/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 4 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, Drivers requirements, Certification/License requirements.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities.
Duties may include: Plant, spray, weed, fertilize, water, and prune plants, fruits, and vegetables. Harvest plants, and transplant or pot and label them, set up and operate irrigation equipment, tie and bunch flowers, plants, shrubs, and trees. Packing unaltered fruits and community supported agriculture (CSAs). Washing, grading, sorting, and packaging of the unaltered crops. Clean and maintain work areas, & other related Farm Worker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org).
Possible weekend/holiday work.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:
BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.
HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.
TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).
WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE:Provided.
TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
