Job Description: Job Opportunity: Tile Installer Midwest Mosaic, Inc.

Mosaic Tile 2268 Robinwood Ave., Toledo, OHIO 43620 Job Title: Tile

Installer Positions Available: 3 Temporary, Full-Time Positions from

04/01/2026 to 12/31/2026. Job Description: Apply hard tile, stone, and

comparable materials to walls, floors, ceilings, countertops, and roof decks.

Work to be performed for Midwest Mosaic, Inc. For work to be performed in

various cities and towns in Lucas, Montgomery, Ottawa, Sandusky,

Hamilton, Defiance, Henry, Wood, Butler, Stark, Summit, Lorain, Cuyahoga,

Hancock, Fulton, and Medina Counties, OH. • Experience: None required. •

Education: None required. • Minimal onsite training provided. • Special

Requirements: ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50 POUNDS, SOME OVERTIME

AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED. Hours may vary but 8 hour shift. • Shift: 8-

hour workday, 40 hours per week, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,

Thursday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. SOME OVERTIME AND WEEKENDS

REQUIRED. • Tools and Equipment: Provided at no cost to workers. Place of

Compensation: • Wage: $26.55/Hour • Overtime Wage: $39.83/Hour (1.5

Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50% of the work

contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for reasonable

transportation and subsistence costs (including meals and, if necessary,

lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon

completing the contract or if dismissed early, the employer will pay for

return transportation and subsistence to the worker’s home or the place the

worker originally departed to work, unless the worker voluntarily abandons

employment or obtains subsequent employment with another employer.

Reimbursement will be equivalent to the most economical and reasonable

common carrier for the distances involved. • Meals During Travel: Workers

will be reimbursed for meals at a minimum rate of $16.28/day, up to

$68.00/day with receipts. • Visa and Related Fees: The employer will

reimburse the worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing,

border crossing, and other related fees incurred by the worker, as mandated

by the government. Passport fees are excluded. • Three-Fourths Guarantee:

The employer guarantees to offer work for at least three-fourths of the

workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment contract. •

Eligibility and Availability: Workers must be eligible to work in the United

States and available for the entire employment period.

Will daily transportation be provided?: Yes. Workers are responsible for

transportation to the designated pickup location in Lucas County, Ohio.

Transportation to and from worksites will be provided from Lucas County,

Ohio.

Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: Yes. Optional employer

provided housing available at $150 per week/deducted per weekly paycheck.

Is On-the-Job Training available?: Yes. • Minimal onsite training

provided.

If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the

employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from

the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work

contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide

or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence

back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except

where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with

another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a

worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of

transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most

economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily

meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to

a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

H-2B ASSURANCES

Deductions from the Worker’s Paycheck: The employer will make all

deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law.

First Workweek Reimbursement: Workers will be reimbursed in the first

workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related

fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).

Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide

workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform

the job.

Single Workweek for Pay: The employer will use a single workweek as its

standard for computing wages due.
