Sales Representative - Twinsburg, OH - JOB 26-00257

Salary Range: $100K (guaranteed first year) + ($30K base + commission) Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

A Twinsburg, Ohio area manufacturing firm that is seeking to hire an experienced dynamic results-driven professional Sales Representative for a high-growth opportunity. The ideal candidate must be capable of penetrating new markets, manage key accounts, and drive profitability through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities 

• Business Development: Identify and secure new customers through cold calling, in-person visits, and presentations 

• Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships within assigned territories to ensure maximum retention 

• Sales Strategy: Develop annual business plans and sales strategies to meet or exceed quotas 

• Consultative Selling: Create clear, effective written proposals and quotations tailored to client needs 

• Market Analysis: Track sales trends and stay updated on competitive activities and market conditions 

• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records using ACT software and provide regular reports to management 

Requirements: 

• Experience: 3–5 years of business-to-business sales experience (knowledge of non-ferrous metals preferred) 

• Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience 

• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software (ACT, Sage/MAS, or Constant Contact) 

• Aptitude: Strong mathematical skills and a consultative, problem-solving mindset 

• Availability: Must have a valid driver's license and a willingness to travel for client visits and trade shows 

• Attributes: Impeccable business etiquette, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
