POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

* Ensure the safety of warehouse staff and promote a culture of safety throughout the warehouse.

* Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products, including inventory management and accuracy.

* Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

* Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.

* Work with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment.

* Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

* Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse operations.

* Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

* Manage the warehouse budget and make recommendations for cost savings.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

* Desired master's degree.

* 8+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.

* Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping and receiving procedures. Experience managing and supervising staff.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.

* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for warehouse operations.
