EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/SENIOR COMPANION COORDINATOR
ABCAP is accepting resumes or applications for an Executive Assistant/Senior Companion Coordinator. This full-time, Monday through Friday position provides critical, high-level administrative support to the Administrative, Planning, and HR departments and serves as primary support to the Executive Director, including:
· Maintaining organized, confidential files
· Preparing monthly reports, presentations, and other documents
· Gathering and preparing data quarterly and annually for required reports
· Recording, creating, and distributing meeting minutes
· Scheduling and coordinating agency and board meetings, events, and travel
· Managing the Executive Director’s calendar
· Overseeing the Senior Companion Program, including staff supervision and client placements
Qualifications:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred and two years related experience and/or training.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other current software
· Proficient with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and similar platforms
· Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record meeting agency fleet insurance standards.
