Local manufacturer is in need of a parttime Janitor position with light maintenance. The company continues to grow and is looking for skilled team members with strong work histories.
Requirements:
Successful candidates must have experience in and be able to perform the following functions:
- Janitorial experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to perform such tasks as
- Care of Building
- General cleaning
- Cutting grass
- Mulching
- Raking and blowing of leaves including off of roof
- Removing garbage and recycling
- Care for plants around the building
- Help with the sorting of materials received
- Other duties as assigned
- Light maintenance
- Painting
- Changing light bulbs
- Mopping/sweeping
- Pressure washing
- Light plumbing
- Other duties as assigned
- Punctual and dependable
- Maintain a good working relationship with co-workers
- Open to instruction
- 25 hours per week, but willing to negotiate more
