Additional Details:

DayShift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday, overtime as needed)

Pay: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour (Based on experience + Sign-on bonus included)

Role Overview

The Mold Maintenance Technician coordinates all aspects of mold care, including scheduling and performing preventative maintenance, executing repairs, and managing performance data for our fiberglass and resin-based molds.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Clean, maintain, and perform detailed inspections on mold components.
• Determine necessary corrective actions and perform technical repairs or replacements as needed.
• Maintain a precise inventory of all molds, related components, and materials.
• Create and update reports to track all maintenance performed within our digital system.
• Ensure molds are production-ready to meet manufacturing schedules.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in mold maintenance or a similar technical manufacturing role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use digital tracking tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and team coordination.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for several hours, and withstand repetitive arm/wrist motions.
• Must be willing to complete a BCI background check, drug screen, and physical.
