As a Business Account Coordinator, you'll work directly with our business clients to guide orders from first contact to final ship—ensuring every detail is perfect and every client is happy with their product.

Your Role in the Hive: What You’ll Do

• Serve as the go-to point of contact for B2B clients via phone and email
• Process, track, and manage custom orders
• Collaborate with our production teams to keep projects on schedule
• Troubleshoot issues with confidence and professionalism
• Become a product expert—understanding fabrics, finishes, and decoration techniques
• Champion our quality standards and support a best-in-class customer experience

Essential Skills & Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B customer service or order management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy: quick with data entry, email, and Microsoft Office
• Eagle-eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A positive attitude and passion for helping others
• Bonus: experience in apparel, screen printing, embroidery, B2B customer support/sales
