An established manufacturing company in West Chester, OH is currently looking for a B2B Customer Service staff to join their team.
This role offers hands-on experience across customer service, operations, and logistics — ideal for building a strong foundation in business operations.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to answer their inquiries, resolve complaints, and gather information for order placement.
- Take incoming calls and act as a company gatekeeper, managing customer interactions effectively.
- Receive and process orders using our order management system, updating customer records and communicating with vendors.
- Pick items and prepare packages for shipping, confirming contents and arranging pickups.
- Keep track of inventory levels by ensuring that older items are sold first and clean the warehouse area daily.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of data entry or administrative experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
