How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?



The ALTEC Associate Engineer Program is a competitive one to two year program for new engineering associates to accelerate professional growth by providing training, exposure and experience in a variety of key functional areas that impact our business.



The associate engineer will work in collaboration with leaders and mentors on the ALTEC Engineering Team who can contribute to their career development in addition to helping them build technical and leadership skills. Associates selected for this trainee program are to contribute effectively and show strong potential within the role for the current business needs.

Pay

: $75k annual


Travel

: 20% - 50%

: Mon-Fri - 7am - 4pm, 100% onsite

Program Highlights:

  • Three to four, six month training job assignments designed to accelerate the development of critical industry knowledge skills and experience
  • Interaction with various teams within the ALTEC Engineering Group to include Application and Equipment Engineers

Are you a MATCH?



  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, metallurgical or chemical engineering preferred. Relevant co-op or work experience and/or training considered.
  • Prior internship and work experience up to two years post graduate
  • Ability to travel at least 20% and up to 50%
