Job Description
We are seeking a AI Software Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and implementing AI-powered software, agentic workflows, and production AI systems and a proven ability to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that improve engineering productivity, software quality, and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systems.
* Develop and integrate AI models into production-grade applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
* Implement orchestration logic for multi-agent systems and task automation.
* Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in support of AI initiatives.
* Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems in production.
* Participate in agile ceremonies and model software development best practices.
* Contribute to communities of practice to refine and document standards and best practices.
* Adhere to enterprise security, risk, and governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Python or similar languages and strong software development skills.
* Experience designing and building agentic workflows or multi-agent systems.
* Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
* Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
* Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system integration.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with agile delivery in cross-functional teams.
* Background in building intelligent automations and developer productivity tools.
