1st shift Production Line Lead
- *Understand, follow, and teach process to a team of production workers (4-6 workers)
- *Read and verify line orders
- *Run filling machines
- *Complete all production and QA paperwork
- *Adhere to all safety protocol
- *Maintain a clean and safe work area
- *Check work and lead by example
- *Meet shift deadlines
- *Flexible and available for overtimes with some weekends.
Requirements:
- *Experience in a lead role
- *Experience working with filling machines
- *Experience in completing tickets/paperwork on a production line
- *Experience in QA on a production line
- *Able to motivate and lead by example
- *Comfortable working around chemicals
