Location: Concord Township, OH (On‑Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Pay: $18–$23/hour (based on experience)
Fives Landis Corp is seeking an office‑based Customer Service Representative to support our CITCO Tools division. This role is ideal for someone with B2B customer service experience who enjoys working in a professional office environment and serving as a key point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle order entry, quotes, shipment coordination, and order expediting
- Serve as primary customer contact via phone, email, and in‑person interactions
- Manage orders from quote through shipment, ensuring accuracy
- Process customer and distributor orders using SAP
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver excellent service
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of B2B customer service experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
