Lead and execute development, integration, and testing of vehicle network control ECUs and related embedded software. Design engineering specifications and conduct design reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve ECU and communication network issues in prototype and production vehicles. Perform hardware/software testing of network ECU's both on vehicles and HILS test benches. Guide and coach up to 5 indirect reports; collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers on technical requirements and solutions. Multiple openings.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Software Engineering; 2 years of relevant professional experience; 2 years of experience in automotive ECU development; 2 years of experience with ECU Control System Bench Testing, including operating industry standard ECU tools and software to change calibration, and monitoring internal ECU ram on a HILS bench; 2 years of experience with Automobile Network Communication, including developing, reading, and transmitting ECU CAN messages over the CAN bus, Ethernet bus, LIN bus, or similar; 2 years of experience with ECU Specification Design, including skilled in using MATLAB, Simulink, and MS VISIO to develop software models and flowcharts for ECU embedded systems; 2 years of experience with Vehicle ECU Testing, including hands-on experience with vehicle hardware/software verification and comparing design specification vs. vehicle performance; and 2 years of experience with Vehicle ECU Validation Software, including experience with standard ECU development software such as Vector, CANoe, CANalyzer, PreeVision.
