CNC Mill Machinist - Cleveland, OH - JOB 26-00281

Salary Range: $25.00 - $40.00/HR Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Premium Pay)

3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Premium Pay

Seeking several Senior CNC Mill Machinists for a premier manufacturing facility in Cleveland, OH. This is a full-time permanent role featuring a 4-day work week with a premium shift pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Setup & Operation: Independently set up and operate CNC Mills to drill, ream, and tap parts per blueprints. 

• Programming: Download, edit, and dry-run programs; adjust offsets and reference points. 

• Quality Control: Perform first-piece inspections using micrometers, calipers, and height gauges. 

• Maintenance: Conduct daily equipment checks and troubleshoot routine issues. 

Requirements: 

• Experience: 5–8 years of CNC Mill setup and operation. 

• Skills: Proficient in shop math, blueprint reading, and precision measuring tools. 

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. 

• Traits: Strong attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving skills.
