Job Purpose: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on production equipment, including sewing machines, filling systems, conveyors, packaging equipment, and general plant utilities. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience in a high‑speed manufacturing environment, and the ability to support both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
