Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager / Analyst to join our dynamic team within the Claims, Disputes, and Fraud Operations Product Group. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product development, design, data analytics, and card services and a proven ability to lead the end-to-end product life cycle, deliver scalable solutions, and launch products that drive measurable customer value.
Responsibilities:
* Develop a clear product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers and the business
* Lead discovery and market research to uncover customer problems and inform the roadmap
* Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap and value proposition
* Define and track success metrics such as cost, features, risk posture, reliability, and customer outcomes
* Guide products from discovery to delivery, ensuring scalable, resilient, and stable solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Design, Risk, and Analytics
* Incorporate customer feedback to improve end-to-end journeys, from digital intake to back-end operations
* Support modernization of tech stacks and integrations, including mobile wallets such as Apple Pay
* Remove delivery blockers, manage epics, and enable execution across assigned teams
* Partner across multiple teams when needed as a cross-project analyst to drive aligned outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 5+ years of product management or relevant domain experience
* Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design practices, and data analytics
* Proven ability to lead discovery, ideation, strategy, requirements, and value management
* Experience managing product backlogs, epics, and iterative delivery with cross-functional teams
* Ability to balance process and execution with practical, real-world examples and outcomes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
Preferred Skills:
* Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or banking, especially credit card services
* Background working in highly matrixed, complex organizations
* Knowledge of claims, disputes, and fraud operations and end-to-end customer journeys
* Experience modernizing tech stacks and integrating digital wallets or payment platforms
* Agile product delivery and stakeholder management across multiple teams
