Job Description — Senior Business Analyst / Technologist (TSYS)
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst or Technologist with deep TSYS experience to support a large-scale credit card platform initiative. This individual will play a key role in helping lead and execute a newly approved enterprise program supporting card system modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a large credit card system project led by the internal card technology team
- Act as a subject matter expert for TSYS, advising on system capabilities, impacts, and requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze business and technical needs related to card processing
- Translate complex card platform requirements into clear functional or technical documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams across multiple groups involved in the initiative
Required Qualifications (Must‑Haves)
- Hands-on experience with TSYS in a credit card environment
- Credit card domain expertise (not a general BA or technologist role)
- Background as a Business Analyst or technologist supporting card platforms
- Ability to work independently in a highly specialized, niche domain
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Experience supporting large, enterprise card platform initiatives
- Prior contract‑to‑hire engagements in financial services environments
