We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer to join our machine shop team. This is a first shift hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving complex machining challenges rather than repetitive, high-volume production work. Our shop is not a traditional production environment. We specialize in emergency repairs, one-off parts, and small batch runs, where every day presents new problems to solve and opportunities to apply true machining skills.
Victory Machine & Fab is looking for:
1) a CNC lathe operator,
2) a CNC mill operator,
3) a CNC horizontal boring mill operator,
4) a CNC 5-axis mill operator,
5) a toolroom machinist
Hurco, Haas, Okuma or Toshiba experience preferred. Prototrak mill and lathe experience is a plus. Manual lathe and Mastercam experience is also a plus. ** We are willing & able to train candidates who are motivated to broaden their capabilities.
