We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician to support and optimize our molding operations. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting injection molding equipment to produce high-quality thermoplastic parts while minimizing downtime and defects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection molding machines, including mold installation and process loading
- Optimize processes using a scientific approach to improve quality and efficiency
- Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary equipment adjustments
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment checks
- Mix and handle thermoplastic materials and colorants per specifications
- Modify robot programs to ensure safe and efficient part handling
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Document process changes and maintain accurate records
- Support secondary operations and material changeovers
- Communicate effectively with operators, engineers, and management
- Safely prepare equipment for startup and shutdown
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of plastic injection molding experience.
- Prior experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with multiple levels of the organization.
- Ability to deliver, meet deadlines, and have results orientation.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a preemployment screening
Salary: $28-$32 an hour based on experience
Shift: 1 st (7 am to 3:30 pm)
