Thread Roller Set Up/Operator - Cleveland, OH - Job 26-00088

Pay Range: $26.00 - $30.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits

Shift: Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm

Responsible for the setup and operation of one or more thread rolling machines.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of thread rolling operations and metal properties is required.

• Setup and maintain flat die thread rolling machines for green rolling or re-rolling to remove nicks.

• Read blueprints and job routings to determine part specifications and order requirements.

• Use gauges and measuring instruments to ensure parts conform to specifications.

• Set all tooling as required.

• Verify first-piece production dimensions against print specifications.

• Perform teardowns after job completion.

• Replace and reset thread roll dies as needed.

Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
