Coventry Heights Apartments is seeking an experienced general Maintenance and repair person.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Lawn Care, painting and traditional repairs associated with apartments.
This is a part-time position averaging 20 hours per week. Individual will need to be available at all times for emergencies only.
Construction experience and mechanical skills are a plus in consideration for this position.
