Position: Quality MRB Coordinator
Location: Mentor, OH
Hours: Full Time 1st & 2nd (8Am-4Pm or 2Pm-10Pm)

POSITION SUMMARY
In this role, you will support the development and implementation of quality systems, assist in managing non-conformance, scrap, and customer returns, and ensure all castings meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review drawings and specifications
- Conduct audits
- Develop Quality Engineering Instructions (QEIs)
- Process nonconforming materials
- Support production quality efforts
- Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year of inspection experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
