Position: Foundry Operator

Location: Wickliffe, OH

Hours: Full Time 3rd Shift (7PM-7AM)

Pay: Based On Experience

POSITION SUMMARY

Operate and maintain vacuum casting furnaces while supporting foundry operations. Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/ quantity. Able to work flexible hours with a history of dependability as demonstrated with strong attendance record. Comfortable using a team approach to problem solving. Have strong sense of urgency. Individual must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers and supervisors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and maintain furnaces
• Perform routine maintenance
• Support casting operations (metal prep, mold prep, cleaning, etc.)
• Complete logs and documentation
• Maintain a safe work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Foundry experience preferred
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Maintenance experience is a plus
