PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Duties may include assembling product components according to guidelines & diagrams, preparing & processing products, maintaining records, and adhering to schedules and production goals. Will be responsible for attending regular meetings and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas, discarding trash properly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- · Productivity – Completing all assignments within expected time frames.
- · Continuous Improvement – Continually educating themselves and advancing the safety, quality and/or productivity of processes and products by contributing ideas and observations to the unit evaluations.
- · Inventory Control – Reporting labor and materials. Locating and returning tooling and inventory. Receiving, storing and monitoring supplies.
- · Housekeeping – Keeping the area and the equipment clean.
- · Teamwork – Success depends upon our associates’ ability to collaborate to learn, teach, mentor, produce and improve.
- · Maintenance – performing visual inspection and all the routine maintenance of the equipment within y their department and/or immediate area.
- · Proficiency – An associate’s skills will be reviewed to ensure they remain active and competent in each.
- · Operates lift trucks or hand-trucks to move, convey, or hoist component to or from their work stations.
- · Maintains the inventory of the related supplies in a kanban system.
- · Other duties may be assigned as required.

To perform this job successfully, an individual needs interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment. They must communicate clearly and effectively verbally and complete all the associated paper and computer transactions. They need effective motivation and must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. CONCLUSION
At times, this area requires associates work schedules to include weekend and after-hour work assignments. S/he will be required to travel occasionally for trade shows, seminars, workshops/classes, supplier visits or other related functions.
