Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following:sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation,and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. being placed in connection with a future filing for H-2B labor certification. • Transportation andSubsistence: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer willreimburse the worker for reasonable transportation and subsistence costs (including meals and, ifnecessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Uponcompletion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provideor pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to theplace the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due tosubsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reporteda worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.
