Work Summary: Daily tool and die fabrication including repair and preventive maintenance on production tooling and machines parts.
Description of Work Performed:
1. Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and blueprints to plan tool and die creation.
2. Use machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, welders and CNC equipment to cut and shape metal.
3. Fit and assemble parts, then test tools and dies to ensure they meet performance standards.
4. Inspect worn tools/dies, troubleshoot issues to restore dies/tools to working condition.
5. Make tooling to replace and restock for perishable tooling.
6. Complete jobs within assigned time for each job.
7. Work safely and use all proper PPE and guarding
