Network Solutions Engineer provides dedicated solutions support to all Network Partners and appropriate Software Houses. Responsible for defining standard solution deliverables, solution design and implementation Best Practices. Provides consulting support for customer meetings, leads technical discussions regarding Diebold Nixdorf products and services offerings, and mentors other Diebold Nixdorf field resources as appropriate.
Interfaces with:
- Works for and under the direction of Director/Manager responsible for Network Certifications with a direct working relationship with Professional Services and DNA Sales Management.
- Does not directly supervise any other associate.
- Interfaces with other Network Systems Support personnel.
- Works closely with the product development team to ensure we are certifying what will be rolled out to customers.
- Interfaces with PS Management, Product Management and support channels
- Interfaces with sales to assist in setting customer expectations of Diebold Nixdorf solutions as well as Diebold Nixdorf certified solutions as it relates to the customers' driving network.
- Engages in Diebold Nixdorf field training as appropriate to stay up to date on Diebold Nixdorf offerings.
- Mentors Diebold Nixdorf field personnel as appropriate.
