Production Team Member – Laundry & Linen Facility

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Business Hours)

Occasional Saturdays may be required based on business needs

Position Summary

Economy Linen & Towel Service, Inc. is seeking dependable and hardworking Production Team Members to join our laundry and linen processing facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring quality service for our customers by sorting, processing, and preparing linens in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, and prepare soiled linens for washing
• Load and unload washers, dryers, and other production equipment
• Operate folding, pressing, and finishing machinery
• Inspect linens for quality standards and remove damaged items
• Stack, package, and prepare finished products for delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Work Environment

This position works in a laundry production facility with exposure to heat, humidity, noise, and moving machinery. Safety procedures and personal protective equipment are required in some areas and are provided.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting pay: $15.00 per hour (1st Shift)
• Monday–Friday schedule during normal business hours
• Occasional Saturdays may be required depending on production demands
