Lifeguards – Full & Part Time (2026 Season)
At Monsoon Lagoon, our lifeguards play one of the most important roles on our team — keeping our guests safe while helping create a fun, positive waterpark experience. We are hiring full- and part-time Lifeguards for the 2026 season and are looking for responsible, attentive individuals who enjoy working with people in an energetic, outdoor environment.
Lifeguards are responsible for monitoring pools and attractions, enforcing safety rules, responding quickly to emergencies, and providing friendly assistance to guests. This position requires strong awareness, good communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused at all times. Lifeguard certification is required or will be provided for those hired.
