In this role, you’ll set up and operate injection molding machines, support mold and material changes, and help keep production running efficiently with minimal scrap and downtime.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Set up, start up, and shut down injection molding machines
- Support mold and resin changes based on production needs
- Train and support operators
- Communicate issues and solutions during shift handoffs
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
🛠 What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of injection molding experience
- Knowledge of plastics processing, hot runners, and auxiliary equipment
- Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mold design
- High School Diploma or GED
- Flexibility for overtime and occasional weekends
