Duties & Responsibilities

 Wash all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and all cooking equipment in a timely manner

 Operate the dish machine fluently including chemicals, taking apart, and cleaning

 Maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, storage, and sanitation of dishes
