Supervise program residents on the assigned floor.
Supervise residents on assigned caseload, meeting with them as often as needed.
Assist and support treatment staff in resident's program plan.
Urge resident participation in appropriate community activities.
Provide individual and group counseling as assigned.
Report accurate statistics.
Refer residents to appropriate community treatment resources in order to achieve their program goals.
ensure all resident bed checks and headcounts are being performed and documented.
Ensure that all persons and materials are being monitored for contraband.
Ensure all corrections residents are being monitored through complete administration of check-in and check-out procedures.
Act as team leader as requested and perform other duties as instructed by your supervisor.
