Position Summary
TechR2 is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented System Engineer 1 to join our growing
team. As an SE1, you will play a key role in supporting operations, maintaining security
standards, and ensuring compliance with our mission as a technology solutions provider.
You’ll strengthen client security and business performance through mission-critical work,
collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, and test, track, and manage IT assets
across their full lifecycle. You’ll also benefit from training, mentorship, and professional
development within a collaborative culture that celebrates problem-solving and
continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Material handling tasks include safely loading and unloading trucks.
Operate hand trucks (pallet jack) and palletize equipment for transport and storage.
Test IT assets for specifications, functionality, and cosmetic integrity.
Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
Accurately enter data into the TechR2 Inventory Management System.
Maintain TechR2's physical and digital security standards.
Partner with team members and leadership to ensure operational goals are met.
Attend and actively participate in scheduled meetings.
Operate TechR2 fleet and rental vehicles responsibly.
Travel and participate in on-site projects (50–70% of scheduled work time).
Work overtime as scheduled and when business needs require.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions accurately.

Pay:
Hourly: Starting at $18.00 per hour
