Junior Construction Manager

Job Summary:

Rich Investments Group LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Manager to join our team. The Junior Construction Manager will support the Senior Construction Manager on all projects, gaining hands-on experience and building the skills necessary to advance in the construction management field.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist Senior Construction Manager with planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

·       Supervise construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

·       Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates to the Senior Construction Manager.

·       Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

·       Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to resolve on-site issues and maintain project timelines.

·       Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work adheres to plans, specifications, and quality standards.

·       Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.

·       Assist in obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and inspections for assigned projects.

·       Develop a comprehensive understanding of project management and construction practices under the mentorship of the Senior Construction Manager.

Qualifications:

·       Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field.

·       Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

·       Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.

·       Eagerness to learn and grow within the company, with a long-term interest in construction mgt.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is a plus.

·       High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications preferred.

Physical Requirements:

·       Ability to work on construction sites, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

·       Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.
