This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that quality items are appropriately priced and displayed, ultimately contributing to the success of our organization and its mission.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalency preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Retail or production experience is preferred but not mandatory.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Inspect donations to ensure quality standards are met.
- Price donations appropriately based on guidelines provided.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping for inventory and pricing purposes.
- Perform housekeeping and janitorial tasks to keep the work area clean and organized.
- Sort and organize unsaleable donations for return.
- Assist donors with accepting donations and provide excellent customer service.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
PHYSICAL REQUIIREMENTS:
- Standing for extended periods.
- Walking throughout the work area.
- Bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Climbing stairs as needed.
- Pushing and pulling merchandise or containers.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday through Friday - Minimum 35 hours per week.
