Position: CDL Class B Delivery Truck Driver

Location: Madison

Hours: Full Time (M-F 6A-7P)

Pay: $20-$25/Hr

POSITION SUMMARY

This multi-functional role supports customer service, project coordination, and hands-on production operations. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office and production work, assisting customers while also supporting fulfillment, packaging, and shipping. Employees are involved in the full lifecycle of projects from intake to final delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick up tickets from the truck for the day and gather required materials.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load staged orders into the truck, ensuring proper organization and safety.
• Secure loads appropriately before transport.
• Add truck number to picking tickets and prepare for delivery.
• Deliver orders to job sites.
• Use mobile delivery tools to scan and complete proof of delivery.
• Confirm all materials are unloaded and verify with customers before departure.
• Take photos of delivered materials, load placement, and completed delivery.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records.
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse and dispatch teams.
• Follow all safety and company procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid CDL Class B
• Air brake endorsement
• Manual endorsement
• Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, load, and unload materials as needed.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Basic mobile device or app usage for delivery tracking.
