Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Eastlake

Hours: Full Time (M-F 7A-3:30P)
Pay: $18/Hr

POSITION SUMMARY
This multi-functional role supports customer service, project coordination, and hands-on production operations. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office and production work, assisting customers while also supporting fulfillment, packaging, and shipping. Employees are involved in the full lifecycle of projects from intake to final delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to ensure a positive experience.
- Write up and track jobs from start to finish.
- Maintain and update customer information in internal systems.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams.
- Provide updates and feedback to management.
- Assist with kitting, packaging, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Support operation of printing and mailing equipment (training provided).
- Organize and track inventory and materials.
- Help meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
- Assist team members as needed to ensure workflow efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working in both office and production environments.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Monday.com).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with printing or mailing equipment is a plus, but not required.
