About the Role

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable performing basic computer tasks

• Accurately writes service notes and records

• Answers incoming calls and logs work orders

• Uses standard power tools with confidence

• Keeps equipment neat, clean, and well‑maintained

• Holds a valid driver’s license with a good record

• Communicates professionally with customers

• Can lift up to 50 lbs

• Dependable, motivated, and committed to doing quality work
