Primary Function: To provide financial information by maintaining accounts, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with preparation of financial statements
· Reconcile bank statements
· Reconcile general ledger accounts
· Prepare and post journal entries
· Accounts payable vouchering
· Assist with managing operating and finance leases
· Assist in completing audits
· Assist in budgeting
· Create and process purchase orders
· Conduct annual physical inventory and monthly cycle counts
· Prepare weekly and monthly dashboard reports
· Assist with other accounting projects
Qualifications and Skills:
· Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
Education:
· Bachelor of Science (BS) in accounting
· Three years of related experience
