JOMAC Ltd. is seeking a mechanically inclined Sales Representative to work directly with customers, equipment, and our production team. This is a hands-on role with strong earning potential—successful candidates can earn $120,000–$150,000+ annually.
This position is primarily on-site in Carrollton, OH, with limited hybrid flexibility available after onboarding
This role is best suited for a motivated individual looking to build a high-income career in equipment sales
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound inquiries and develop new sales opportunities
- Work directly with customers to understand equipment needs and applications
- Recommend and configure custom truck equipment solutions
- Prepare detailed quotes and proposals
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and purchasing teams
- Follow up on open quotes and maintain customer relationships
- Support dealers and end users throughout the sales process
- Track activity and opportunities in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Mechanical aptitude (ability to understand equipment and applications)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in truck equipment, trailers, construction equipment, or industrial sales
- Inside or outside sales experience
- Familiarity with custom or engineered products
Work Location & Schedule
- Primary: On-site, Carrollton, OH (Monday–Friday)
- Hybrid flexibility available based on experience and performance
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000 – $90,000
- Commission structure based on sales performance
- Total compensation for successful candidates typically ranges from $120,000 – $150,000+ annually
