Position: Custodial Technician
Location: Willoughby Hills, Euclid, Mayfield, Cleveland, Cuyahoga Falls, Akron and surrounding areas
Willing To Hire: Veterans & Older Adults 55+
Hours: Full-time, including some weekends
Pay: $15-$16

POSITION SUMMARY
This role supports the upkeep of residential and common spaces across multiple properties. Responsibilities include interior and exterior cleaning, maintaining shared areas, and ensuring spaces are safe, clean, and presentable for residents and visitors. The position requires a team-oriented approach, attention to detail, and the ability to follow assigned work plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, vacant units, and outdoor spaces.
- Complete assigned tasks using job cards and site-specific procedures.
- Clean offices, lobbies, hallways, elevators, fitness rooms, stairwells, laundry areas, and trash rooms.
- Perform exterior upkeep including light grounds work and snow removal when needed.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report equipment needs.
- Work alongside team members, vendors, and site staff to support daily operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
- Ability to follow instructions and use cleaning equipment safely.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle routine manual tasks.
