Deboning Room Associate
Department: Production – Deboning
Reports To: Production Lead
Role Summary:
Responsible for accurate and efficient deboning and preparation of raw product, including room setup, proper tool use, yield awareness, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Eligibility for Tier 2 requires a minimum of 12 months of employment in good standing. Eligibility for Tier 3 requires a minimum of 18 months of employment in good standing.
Tier 1: $15.00-$16.50/hr
Core Responsibilities:
• Set up tables, cutter, scale
• Debone chicken
• Wash dishes
• End-of-day cleaning
Tier 2: $17.00-$19.00/hr
Advanced Responsibilities:
• Species change (paperwork and room change)
• HACCP and SOP paperwork
• Pre-op
Tier 3: $20.00-$22.50/hr
Leadership & Mastery:
• Train others
• Ensure accuracy and flow
Cross-Training: Kitchen, Raw Room, Noodles
