Position: Branch Market Manager

Location: Mentor, OH

Hours: Full-time

Pay: $50,000-$65,000 + Monthly Commission + Quarterly Bonuses

POSITION SUMMARY

This leadership role oversees branch operations within a staffing environment, driving performance through client development, team leadership, and operational oversight. The position focuses on growing business relationships, managing internal staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily branch operations including sales, recruiting, and administration.
  • Manage P&L, monitor trends, and operate within budget.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Lead, train, and mentor staff to improve performance and retention.
  • Support recruiting efforts to meet client hiring needs.
  • Identify market opportunities and expand service offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate client records and reporting systems.
  • Participate in community outreach and recruitment events.
  • Review team performance and promote a results-driven environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience managing or supervising staff.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Effective and professional communication style.
  • Ability to analyze data, trends, and performance metrics
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Ability to balance individual, team, and organizational goals.
