Position: Branch Market Manager
Location: Mentor, OH
Hours: Full-time
Pay: $50,000-$65,000 + Monthly Commission + Quarterly Bonuses

POSITION SUMMARY
This leadership role oversees branch operations within a staffing environment, driving performance through client development, team leadership, and operational oversight. The position focuses on growing business relationships, managing internal staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily branch operations including sales, recruiting, and administration.
- Manage P&L, monitor trends, and operate within budget.
- Develop and execute business development strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to improve performance and retention.
- Support recruiting efforts to meet client hiring needs.
- Identify market opportunities and expand service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate client records and reporting systems.
- Participate in community outreach and recruitment events.
- Review team performance and promote a results-driven environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience managing or supervising staff.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Effective and professional communication style.
- Ability to analyze data, trends, and performance metrics
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
