Conduct legal research in the field of immigration law, review and analyze legal documents, summarize findings, assist attorneys in staying current with the laws, government regulations, case laws, and legal procedures. Perform comparative and interpretive analysis of complex immigration issues involving asylum, removal defense, and employment-based immigration. Draft detailed legal memoranda, analytical briefs, motions, and other legal documents using proper citations. Prepare and file nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions with the USCIS and the USDOL.
Required: Bachelor’s degree (All bachelor degrees are acceptable) and minimum of two years of experience as a Legal Researcher or Law Clerk
