Job Description
Customer Service
· First point of contact for drivers and customers
· Direct traffic to appropriate yard area
· Answer questions regarding facilities policies and pricing
· Communicate with yard personnel via two radios to coordinate vehicle movement
Transaction Management
· Track inbound & outbound loads
· Calculate fees.
· Process cash transactions.
· Issues receipts.
· Balance the cash box.
Position Details
Seasonal Part Time Position
· Seasonal position only; typically, Mid-April to Mid-November
· Schedule – Monday thru Friday 8am to 3pm
· Shifts may delayed or cancelled due to weather impacts
· Salary negotiable
Work Environment
· Climate controlled office
Qualifications
· Education: High School Diploma
· Experience: Previous invoicing experience highly preferred
· Math Skills: Ability to perform quick arithmetic for billing and providing change.
· Requirements: Must have valid driver’s license
