Painter/Cleaner
Experience preferred but willing to train the right individuals. Must have reliable transportation, drivers license and insurance. Attention to detail and pride in your work a must. This job is painting and cleaning of LMHA properties. Painting includes roll and brush work. Cleaning includes appliances, cabinets, bathroom and floor stripping. Starting pay is $15.00/hr.
