Job Title: Food & Beverage Attendant

Position Summary:
The Food & Beverage Attendant provides friendly, attentive, and efficient service to members and guests in all dining areas of the Club. This role is essential in delivering a high-quality, welcoming experience while maintaining the standards of Chagrin Valley Racquet Club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bar, and service stations
- Set up and break down dining areas for daily service and special events
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle member requests and concerns with professionalism; escalate when needed
- Process payments accurately (cash, credit, member charges)
- Assist with special events, banquets, and club functions as needed
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and club events
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Work Environment:
This position operates in a club setting with both indoor and outdoor service areas, depending on the season and events.
