Hours: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal (Mon-Sat 8-5, Sun 8-12)

POSITION SUMMARY
This position supports daily operations at a landscape supply yard by assisting customers, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries. The role is customer-facing and requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and through online orders.
- Process orders for materials including stone, mulch, topsoil, seed, and fertilizer.
- Accurately document order details and delivery instructions.
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers.
- Provide clear communication between customers, drivers, and yard staff.
- Maintain reference materials and follow established procedures.
- Navigate the yard safely while supporting operational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic math skills required.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable walking on uneven surfaces in an outdoor yard setting.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft systems) preferred.
