1st and 2nd shifts available
Working Environment:
• The environment can be dusty and dirty
• The work area is in a hot and/or cold environment
• Required to wear a respirator, safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes. Must be clean shaven
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Environment is dusty and dirty due to the raw ceramic powder
• Understand and operate basic machine functions
• Operate automated and semiautomated equipment
• Change materials and demold parts in fast paced production environment
• Assemble and disassemble production dies and tools
• Gauge production according to customer specifications
• Detail/sand production parts for functionality
• Load and unload production parts
• Responsible for completing daily assignments to meet customer demands for production
• Assists in training of any new employees as needed
• Assists in maintaining an orderly plant layout – cleans and organizes areas as necessary
Qualifications:
• Must be able to speak/read English fluently
• Ability to understand basic mathematical skills (i.e. adding and subtracting)
• Ability to identify defective production parts
• Ability to operate and read a scale
• Ability to read tape measure
Working Environment:

• The work area is in a hot and/or cold environment
• Required to wear a respirator, safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift and carry 55 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to qualify for and wear a respirator
• Prolonged periods working on your feet and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping
• The job requires lifting, pulling, pushing, turning, stacking, standing, and operating a foot pedal.
